This project translates the language of yacht architecture into a 5,000 sqm land-based villa, where fluid massing, layered decks, and panoramic openness redefine contemporary luxury living.

The villa priorities human behaviour, spatial experience, and environmental performance, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The architecture emphasises framed views, and functional connectivity, ensuring adaptability for both present and future lifestyles while enhancing user comfort through energy-conscious design strategies.
