This project won the 2022 International Property Award for ‘Best Landscape Architecture Arabia’

A seamless dialogue between architecture and landscape, where the villa’s layout is deliberately shaped to celebrate garden views and spatial movement. Architectural massing, materiality, and openings are carefully composed to extend into the landscape, allowing nature to become an integral part of the built experience. Through balanced proportions, refined detailing, and calibrated lighting, the project achieves a calm, cohesive environment rooted in human scale, environmental comfort, and understated luxury.
