This 400 sqm suburban villa was designed for a family of five, balancing open-plan living, landscape integration, and natural light within a constrained site.
The design responds to site limitations through recessed landscapes, angled massing, and internal courtyards that maximise space, views, ventilation, and daylight.
A passive design approach enhances comfort and sustainability, using courtyards to improve air circulation, natural lighting, and environmental performance throughout the villa.
